Emotional Freedom Techniques



EFT is based on the ancient chinese therapy of acupuncture but instead of using needles we tap on a number of acupuncture points with our fingers whilst addressing out loud the particular issue at hand.

EFT treats the mind and body as a whole system noting that negative emotions are stored in the body's energy system as well as in the mind. By addressing this system and re-aligning it amazing emotional freedom is attained.

So EFT is really about expressing your emotions not suppressing them and as you express them then the tapping (as EFT is increasingly becoming known) works it's magic.
